Our oil is a blend of Dolce Agogia, bFrantoio/b, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino olives. Our oil has a very fruity taste with bitter and spicy notes and is very rich of unique flavours. In our own mill, the cold press process is applied within 24 hours ...
